Shipping is carried out in a wooden crate on a pallet.
Notice regarding the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since the tents are made, packaged, and shipped specifically upon the customer’s request, you will not be entitled to withdraw from the contract once the order is confirmed.
